Integrating Cross Sell with Ryviu Product Reviews App

Cross Sell & Upsell integrates with Ryviu – Product Reviews App to help you boost conversions by combining personalized product recommendations with trusted customer reviews and star ratings.

Here’s how to get started:

Step 1:

Install the Ryviu – Product Reviews App from the Shopify App Store. Once installed, open Ryviu from your Shopify dashboard.

Step 2:

Ensure your product pages are showing Ryviu reviews. You can enable the review widget inside the Ryviu settings. This displays star ratings and reviews below your product descriptions.

Need help? Refer to Ryviu’s documentation or support to enable the review widget properly.

Step 3:

Install Cross Sell & Upsell if you haven’t already. After installation, you can assign Cross Sells, Upsells, or Frequently Bought Together products from the Cross Sell dashboard.

Step 4:

Inside the Cross Sell & Upsell app, go to the Integrations & Partners section and enable the Ryviu integration. Once enabled, Ryviu star ratings will appear on your Cross Sell & Upsell product recommendations on your product pages.

That’s it!

Your customers will now see relevant product suggestions with review star ratings—giving them the confidence to add more to their cart.
