How do I request a refund?


If you forget to uninstall before your next billing date or trial end date, we allow a grace period of 3 days. Make sure to contact us at so we can give you Credit on your Shopify account.

We can not refund you if you forgot to uninstall our app and more than 3 days have passed from the day it was billed. 

If for whatever reason you need that refund credited directly to your credit card, make sure to contact us at and we will be happy do that for you.
